By booking an appointment with Reset by Naz, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We have a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. For any changes within 48 hours of your appointment, you must contact the team directly to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a last-minute cancellation charge of between 50% and 100% of the appointment value.
Clients who reschedule three (3) consecutive appointments in a row forfeit the right to book future appointments.
Mobile & Travel Fees
Reset by Naz travels to clients across the GTA and beyond, up to approximately a 2-hour drive. A travel fee applies to mobile services. For appointments outside the GTA, an additional travel fee will apply and is discussed and confirmed prior to booking.
Contraindications
All clients complete and sign dated medical history and consent forms, so you are aware of any contraindications before your appointment. If you arrive at an appointment with a contraindication that prevents treatment, grace will be given up to two (2) times. Beyond this, you will be required to pay a portion of the appointment value.
Results, Pre-Care & Post-Care
Results may vary from client to client. Following your pre-treatment guidelines and post-care instructions is imperative to achieving and maintaining the best possible results. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect your outcome.
Consultations, Quotes & Packages
Quotes provided at consultation are estimates and are not always exact. Depending on your progress, you may require fewer or more sessions than initially quoted. If fewer sessions are required and a package has already been purchased, we are happy to credit the balance to your account, which may be used as a gift card or applied toward another treatment.

Return and Refund Policy
As Reset by Naz provides in-person and mobile treatments rather than physical products, refunds are not issued for services already rendered. Deposits and payments for cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment are non-refundable, in line with our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy above.
If a treatment package is purchased and fewer sessions are ultimately required based on your progress, the remaining balance will be credited to your account for use as a gift card or toward another treatment, rather than refunded.
